WINNER: Spirulina

Today is the day I announce the winner of the 16 ounce jar of spirulina manna from Healthforce Nutritionals.

I have to admit I wasn't expecting all the entries I received (177!) but hey, I learned many of you want your greens! You want your spirulina! Well good call peoples!

Because there were so many entries this time around I had to pull out the big guns, aka Random.org to do the dirty work of choosing a winner.

Before I announce the winner (come on! Who doesn't love some suspense?) just want to say thanks to everyone participating and sharing some of your favorite superfoods in the process. If you want to know some of mine they are cacao, maca, spirulina and almonds (are nuts considered superfoods?). Also, want to thank Healthforce Nutritionals for sponsoring this giveaway. We’ve all daydreamed about having a superpower like superheroes, haven’t we? I mean Superman can fly, reverse time (at least, in the name of love) and is uber strong. The "Glow"

I know I'm supposed to be working on a different post - about my trip - but wanted to interrupt that to share something else. ******** People into the raw food lifestyle are familiar with the "glow." Maybe you're one who's been told a time or two that you have the glow. It's noticeable to spot a person who obviously is taking care of themselves by what they do and put into their bodies and especially when on the raw food lifestyle. Eating raw foods allows your body to properly process and digest foods plus all the those living enzymes and minerals means less work your body has to do so the result is a beautiful youthful glow.
