You know me- I hate to be seen in public without makeup and hair- and gardening is just way too dirty for that sort of thing.

So, I'd imagine that starting this up has provided you with knowledge of muscles you never knew about, eh? This coming week/weekend I will be cleaning out the raised beds in my yard and seeing what I can get going this summer.

I need lots of soil so need to figure that all out. I don't trust the soil in there, the beds are made of treated wood. Going to rig up some way to put a barrier between the new soil and the wood...oh my, lots to do!

I ADORE that mini, I love all things UK, I just know that I was a Scot in a former life ;)Carrie Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00543899571974228089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-474386507019265637.post-63099590279428797192008-05-18T21:23:00.000-07:002008-05-18T21:23:00.000-07:00Hey HeidiYou're going to be busy with two garden p...Hey Heidi
You're going to be busy with two garden plots! But I know you will enjoy it!

I'm cutting back on the juice for now - and will probably start up a different blog for raw adventures - but for now my main blog will be my gardening blog: http://www.rosegardenrambler.blogspot.com

Thanks for all your support! You've been awesome. I'm a bit befuddled about the next steps - as mostly I just know to do salads, and raw juices. I've seen some of the fancy stuff folks are doing with the raw foods - but really haven't started exploring yet.

Have a great day
MaryyxMARYYXhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09420119340319077114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-474386507019265637.post-5438251141738859572008-05-17T08:00:00.000-07:002008-05-17T08:00:00.000-07:00Wonderful garden preparations. The community garden is such a blessing.....I don't think we have any in Tulsa, but I should research it. I am going to take pictures of my potted garden this weekend and post them. I always think I will get out there and make great things happen and then I don't really like it that much. My yard is so bare. I will have to use you for inspiration if it ever warms up and if I ever get any free time. :o)

Enjoy your Mexican fiesta. There are many of them about so people must find them useful, but I don't. I used to have a smart car. Do you have them in the US? Kind of pseudo environmental cars ... quite cute ...

Talk about way to go - you are 2 very ambitious gardeners!!
